More control over when and where you receive care.

When seeking referrals, you will be provided with a number of options (ie. for surgeries and treatments if being contracted directly by the client with clinics and hospitals in Canada, the US, overseas or elsewhere internationally) unless it is a connection to one of our resource partners (ie. Quick Health Access, our Medical Concierge and World Care, our Medical Second Opinion team) who work with us exclusively, make recommendations and possibly arrangements for your care. Your care and contracts will be subject to the terms and conditions of their specific offerings. 

Diagnostics provided within the public system in your province of residence will be located as close to your home as possible, depending on your mobility, availability and on a first-come, first-served basis with the possibility of little choice. All diagnostic centres will be professionally accredited and operate to applicable provincial and federal standards.

We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results, only that every care possible has been taken to find you suitable referrals to treatment and diagnostic centres. 

IPMI insurance policies and all insurance policies may require underwriting and be subject to but not limited to pre-existing conditions, exclusions or policy rejections, depending on their own criteria and your medical history.

Terms and conditions apply to all products, services and providers to whom you might be introduced. Clients and prospective clients are responsible to do their own due diligence, seek advice where needed and make their own informed decisions. Each service provider may require your written acknowledgement of these risks and your responsibilities.
